Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Regnax, available at regnax.ai, including its API and chat console (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by HyperEZ Inc. ("HyperEZ", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Regnax is a multi-model AI orchestration platform. It exposes a single "Regna" model (regna-1) and routes each request to the best available underlying AI, or blends several upstream AI providers, then returns one synthesized answer. The Service includes a chat console and a programmatic API. The specific upstream models, behavior, and availability may change over time as we improve routing and quality.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must register for an account to use most features. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and you must have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of any organization you represent. Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any party.
• Generate, distribute, or facilitate unlawful, harmful, harassing, deceptive, or abusive content.
• Conduct high-volume scraping, bulk data harvesting, or automated abuse beyond your plan limits.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying models, prompts, or source code of the Service, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach its security or authentication measures.
• Use outputs as a substitute for professional advice in regulated areas such as medical, legal, or financial matters. The Service does not provide professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional.

5. API keys and security responsibility

If you generate API keys, you are responsible for keeping them secret and for all usage and charges incurred under them. We store API keys in hashed form and cannot recover the original value for you. If you believe a key has been compromised, revoke it in the console and create a new one. You are responsible for the security of your own systems, integrations, and end users.

6. Plans, credits, and metering

The Service uses credit-based metering, where 1 credit equals $0.01 of usage. Paid plans (such as Starter and Pro) are monthly subscriptions that grant a monthly allotment of credits. The Free plan provides a one-time signup credit bonus. Credits are consumed as you use the Service, metered by what each request actually uses. Unless stated otherwise, credit allotments are intended for use within the applicable billing period and do not constitute a stored cash balance. We may adjust plan features, credit allotments, and pricing on a prospective basis, with notice where required.

7. Payment via Polar (Merchant of Record)

Payments for paid plans are processed by Polar (Polar Software Inc.) acting as our Merchant of Record ("MoR"). When you purchase a subscription, Polar handles the transaction, billing, applicable taxes, and refunds as MoR. Your purchase is also subject to Polar's terms and policies. 8. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before relying on it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyperEZ and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, if you breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, or engage in abuse or activity that poses a risk to the Service or others. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, though certain provisions (such as payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) survive.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Republic of Korea, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
