Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work for Regnax, available at regnax.ai (the "Service"), operated by HyperEZ Inc. ("HyperEZ", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Subscription billing

Paid plans (such as Starter and Pro) are subscriptions billed monthly in advance. Each billing cycle grants your monthly credit allotment, where 1 credit equals $0.01 of usage. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.

2. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time by downgrading your plan in the console, or by contacting us at support@regnax.ai. Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not, by itself, trigger a refund of the current period.

3. What happens to your access and credits

When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, and you keep access to the Service and your remaining monthly credits through that period. At the end of the period, the subscription does not renew and the monthly allotment for the next period is not granted. By default, we do not provide proration or refunds for partial periods or unused credits, except where required by applicable law.

4. Refunds via Polar (Merchant of Record)

Payments for the Service are processed by Polar (Polar Software Inc.) acting as our Merchant of Record. Refunds, where applicable, are issued through Polar as Merchant of Record and are returned using the original payment method. Your purchase is also subject to Polar's terms and policies.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@regnax.ai with your account email and the relevant order or invoice details. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and in line with applicable consumer protection law. Approved refunds are processed through Polar as Merchant of Record.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at support@regnax.ai so we can help resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account while the dispute is reviewed.
